Is there somewhere else than <http://www.centos.org/docs/> for
documentation for CentOS 6?

Since the documents available on the CentOS documentation pages are mostly the
ones for RHEL anyway that shouldn't make too much of a difference.

I think because CentOS is a clone of Upstream it would be a waste of
resources to duplicate the documentation effort.

In other words: read upstreams documentation.
