CentOS - Jan 2010 - how to startup snmpd on debug mode

I tried to startup "snmpd" on debug mode but NOT successful (CENTOS
5.4).  I have been tried following way:

/etc/init.d/snmpd start -D

/etc/init.d/snmpd -D start

service snmpd -D restart

any ideal???

Edit the /etc/sysconfig/snmpd.options file to add the "-D", then
restart.

There is NO /etc/sysconfig/snmpd.options file on my CENTOS 5.4.
