Well, here is my list of bugs, in case they were not reported before,
and in case these are not Upstream problems. Any suggestions about
fixing them would be welcome.
1) Under GNOME (I have KDE installed too): I am logging in as a user,
and have kget and korgac to at start up programs, under Sessions and
often their icons show up on the left (sometimes one above the other),
instead of showing up on the right, as they are supposed to.
2) /sbin/ programs are not in the path! (it may be not a bug, I am
relatively new to GNU/Linux).
3) Possible CentOS bug, not Upstream. The driver for my modem
(ftp://ftp.allieddata.com/Public/Product_Info/Analog_Modems/Tornado_562-SII/Drivers/Linux/Linux.zip),
fails to install. The tar.gz and rpm both fail, and I will provide the
output of the rpm installation:

BTW, why the kernel was mentioned as SMP ("RedHat-5
linux-2.6.18-8.1.1.el5 i686-SMP")?
My system is a Pentium III 1 GHz / 1 GB RAM.
Thanks in advance.
