[CentOS] Problems with SATA DVD+-RW drive [SOLVED]
On the system I'm testing with the CD-Rom drive is IDE but the softlink at /dev/cdrom points to the scsi device and that's not working with the automounter for some reason. Each time I reinstall I have to delete the soft link and recreate it pointing at /dev/hda instead.> -----Original Message----- > From: centos-bounces at centos.org > [mailto:centos-bounces at centos.org] On Behalf Of Jay Leafey > Sent: Wednesday, April 04, 2007 4:02 PM > To: CentOS mailing list > Subject: Re: [CentOS] Problems with SATA DVD+-RW drive [SOLVED] > > Jim Perrin wrote: > > > > Nice bit of information here.
