CentOS - Nov 2005 - x windows setting up laptop external monitor at different resolution than LCD

I need to setup my laptop external monitor at 1366x768 while my
LCD is only 1024x768. Is this done by dual head selections in the
display configuration?

How is that accomplished?

Setting up dual head machine. You can view an artcile on this at
www.pcquest.com they carried this a few months back and you can search
the archives from the search box.
