CentOS - Mar 2005 - lshal command fails

Just wondering if anyone else has encountered this.

Upon Goooooogling, I see that Fedora has reported similar problems
with insert / removal of USB devices. On my system (4.0_final upgraded
from 4.0_rc1) I have USB support but no USB devices present.

Is this worth opening a bugzilla?
