CentOS - Mar 2004 - build7 isos dont fit on a normal 650M CD-R

The build7 isos (at least disk1 and disk2) dont fit on a normal 650M CD-R.

There was a silent update of the isos on the 28th of february which
inlcuded moving some development packages from disk3 to disk1 and disk2.
What is the rationale behind this reorganization? How does this affect the
installation?

BTW moving kernel-unsupported and kernel-source to disk1 would also be
something to consider if the reorganization does not effect the
distribution otherwise.
