The room at your disposal will be H.2214 (capacity is 100 seats), - - Saturday: 14:00 -> 19:00 - - Sunday: 09:00 -> 18:00 Note that on Saturday, it is not possible to use the room before 14:00 as university courses are being held in all rooms until then. I would advise starting your schedule at 14:15 as you most probably won't be able to enter before 14:00. For that reason, we will end at 19:00 on Saturday (instead of 18:00). Please take care of having everyone out of the room for that time, as we staff members have a lot of work to do on Saturday evening, so throwing everyone out will be your job ;) Wireless network will be provided in each DevRoom. For details about location and accommodation, consult our website: http://fosdem.org It's still being worked on so make sure to check back later as we will provide further details. This year we shall provide very detailed information about all the talks that will be held in the DevRooms, so I would kindly ask you to provide us with the following information: - - the name of your project - - a short and longer description of your project - - website URL and optionally related URLs - - the full schedule of the talks and activities that will take place in your DevRoom with, for each talk: - start time, end time (obviously ;)) - the name(s) of the speaker(s) - a few words about the speaker(s), can even be a full bio (*) - optionally, a photo of the speaker - optionally, one or more URLs about the topic (*) I know it's a lot of work, but just delegate it to the speakers ;) All that content will be encoded by us and published on the FOSDEM website schedule. The DevRoom schedules will also be published in a shorter form in the booklet we distribute to every visitor at the entrance. If you have any question, please do contact us at devrooms at fosdem.org cheers - -- -o) Pascal Bleser <loki at fosdem.org> http://www.fosdem.org /\\ FOSDEM 2007 :: 24 + 25 February 2006 in Brussels _\_v Free and Opensource Software Developers European Meeting -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) iD8DBQFFW6Gyr3NMWliFcXcRAuAQAKCwn05d+Rn5ZPEcUwN4WPdeIWTnbgCggb5I o1riOZ8g1iFlcATDhU7Yhso=nk3x -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
