CEBA:2006:0220-001 CentOS 4 i386 yum Bugfix - update

This bugfix for yum allows the mirrorlist selection to happen via a
proxy if one is specified in either yum.conf or a .repo file.

The following files are uploaded and syncing to the mirrors:
