Known issues:
- "scrub status" has quite some lag as it only reads the status file
periodically written by the background process. Next step would be to implement
some kind of interaction between both processes to get more up to date results
while a scrub is running
- The locking in the code is currently ineffective (read: does nothing useful).
It was meant to protect against starting multiple scrubs on a filesystem
simultaneously. However, to get consistent status files new files are created
and renamed all the time.
