Hello, As I don't have any Polcyom SoundPoint at hand, at the moment, I would like the following to this list readers. I have a steup where two DHCP servers are installed : one dedicated for IP telephony, the other for IT.. When a Polcyom SoundPoint gets a VLAN ID from a DHCP server, does it store this VLAN ID into its flash memory so that, on next boot, it would broadcast its DHCP request using the VLAN he previously got ? Cheers -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... URL: <http://lists.digium.com/pipermail/asterisk-users/attachments/20121115/755b93c4/attachment.htm>

It requests it at every boot with DHCP option 144 IIRC. You can also put the polycom phones in the correct vlan with CDP. Frederic
