asterisk users - Feb 2012 - Turning off splash ring on PAP2T

Hi all,

I'd like to know how I can turn off the "splash ring" voicemail
waiting
indication on a PAP2T from the provisioning XML file.  I can do it from the web 
interface, but I need to do it on "a lot" of machines....
