asterisk users - Mar 2011 - Extract Remote-Party-ID from incoming INVITE in dialplan

is it possible to extract the Remote-Party-ID from an incoming call in 
the dialplan ? Is there some kind of function for this ?

If you're on the 1.8 branch, it's just a SIPHeader function, otherwise
you're out of luck.
