Hi,
Can somebody please shed some light on how to use the
QUEUE_VARIABLES() function?
The built-in help says
---cut---
Return Queue information in variables
[Description]
Makes the following queue variables available.
QUEUEMAX maxmimum number of calls allowed
QUEUESTRATEGY the strategy of the queue
QUEUECALLS number of calls currently in the queue
QUEUEHOLDTIME current average hold time
QUEUECOMPLETED number of completed calls for the queue
QUEUEABANDONED number of abandoned calls
QUEUESRVLEVEL queue service level
QUEUESRVLEVELPERF current service level performance
Returns 0 if queue is found and setqueuevar is defined, -1 otherwise
---cut---
How is it supposed to be called?
Set(void=${QUEUE_VARIABLES(techsupport)}); ?

I'm not really a developer, but in reading through the source code, I see that it *should* set a bunch of channel variables on the channel. In my tests, it's not doing that. I've just opened a bug[1] on the bug tracker, and hopefully someone smarter than I am will figure out why it's not working correctly.
