asterisk users - Oct 2008 - Does Asterisk support SIP Join Headers

I'm wondering if the SIP header join, RFC 3911, is supported in the
asterisk stack?

chan_sip.c's sip_options[] array o' struct cfsip_options says:

         /* RFC3911: SIP Join header support */
         { SIP_OPT_JOIN,         NOT_SUPPORTED,  "join" },
