asterisk users - Jul 2008 - Default table layout for cdr logging with Mysql

Hi guys,
I've been looking for a table layout that I should be using for cdr logging
to a Mysql database.
Everything I find seems to be a little different.
What should I be starting with before I start adding custom fields in the
future?
Also note I want to import some Master.csv files in to this database as
well.
If I can't do this I'll just start fresh, but pack porting old cdrs
would
sure be nice.
