To me, "CRM-Asterisk integration" has several meanings. It could refer to : - basic click2call feature from CRM contact or project panel, - journaling Asterisk incoming and outgoing calls inside CRM projects data, - programming and executing Conference calls defined inside CRM projects data - screen popup - etc...
