Running Asterisk 1.4... We have a customer service queue which works great. The members are hard coded (member => SIP/1000), etc. However, we have a special need. If the queue becomes busy, we would like to be able to dial an extension and grab only the next caller in the queue. We don't want to log in as an agent, since that would add another step (logging in/logging out). I saw there was a Pickup() command, but I'm not sure if this will work with queues. Any thoughts? Rob

Thoughts? Justin ____________________________________________________________________________________ Looking for last minute shopping deals? Find them fast with Yahoo!
