[asterisk-users] ASTCC installation error install: invalid user `apache'

I am attempting a fresh install of ASTCC on Ubuntu. Getting install
invalid user as bellow.  Has any one seen this?  Can some one help out?

/usr/src/astcc# make install
mkdir -p /var/www
mkdir -p /var/www/html/_astcc
mkdir -p /var/www/cgi-bin/astcc-admin
chmod 755 ./astcc.agi
chmod 755 ./astcc-admin.cgi
echo | ./astcc.agi >/dev/null
Detected dry run!
./astcc-admin.cgi >/dev/null
DBI connect('database=;host=','',...) failed: Access denied for
user
'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO) at ./astcc-admin.cgi
line 69
install -m 755 -o apache -g root astcc-admin.cgi
/var/www/cgi-bin/astcc-admin/astcc-admin.cgi
install: invalid user `apache'
make: *** [install] Error 1

Running this on Ubuntu 7/0 and appache2.  

Googled around and saw possible solution

edit /etc/apache2/sites-available/default  file  and added the following

 <Directory "/usr/lib/cgi-bin">
                AllowOverride None
                Options +ExecCGI -MultiViews +SymLinksIfOwnerMatch
                Order allow,deny
                Allow from all
        </Directory>

Then restarted apache

/etc/apache2/sites-available# /etc/init.d/apache2 restart

 * Restarting web server apache2                                        
                                          apache2: Could not reliably
determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for
ServerName
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified
domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
                                                                        
                                   [ OK ]

BUT I STILL AM NOT ABLE to run install on MTCC I get the same error
install: invalid user `apache' make: *** [install] Error 1

appreciate any support on this....

The error I see in the log...

/var/log/apache2# grep cgi-bin error.log

[error] [client 127.0.0.1] attempt to invoke directory as script:
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/, referer: http://localhost/

[asterisk-users] real zaptel call durations

How to calculate the PSTN call durations through zaptel ,where in the CDR it
gives the time durations started when  the zaptel answerd  + PSTN dialing time +
ringing time even thoug the destinations did not answer the call , so as a reult
i will find user X is dialing PSNT line for 40 seconds even though the
distination  did not answer the call.

Use most anything except FXO signaled ports.  PRI, BRI, SIP, IAX2, etc.

Or FXO ports where polarity reversal is used to signal call start and
end.

Thanx alot for reply 
 
  I mean i have to use the fxo to connect to the pstn line and i do not know if
there is any asterisk functions ,Application, options that could help to know
what is the real call duration [ how to deal with pstn line signaling how to
detect the pstn ringing tone or pstn auto-machinese voice message in case if the
user did not answer the call ] , i saw some billing software and i am not sure 
if they are calculating the bills using cdr in case of using fxo.

Again: does the PSTN provider provide you that information? through
polarity reversal at call start and end? By any other means?

If not: no. Guessing this is very tricky, and Asterisk does not attempt
to.
