asterisk users - Dec 2007 - Asterisk + Cisco Call Manager Express

Hi! Can anybody help with integration of asterisk with cisco call manager
express? I tried to connect them via H323 and Sip, but wasn't successful in
it. So can you share any advices or instructions?
