asterisk users - Sep 2007 - Musiconhold instead ringing

Hi:
When i get an incoming call, i want asterisk to make the caller hear
music"musiconhold" instead of ringing,Can any body help me with this?

my guess is you'd have to Answer() the call first, then play moh while 
Dial()'ing the exten.
