asterisk users - May 2006 - Citel Handset Gateways and BLF (subscribe) buttons?

Has anyone out there set up Citel Handset Gateways and BLF (subscribe) buttons?

I have used the patch to get hints for the park positions and the front desk
would really like some lit buttons for parked calls.
