[Asterisk-Users] Call detail records for Digital Receptionist
I have a client who uses the digital receptionist to take calls and then pass them on as normal to the appropriate depts. The problem is, they need to find out how many people are not getting through... In the mysql cdr, these are all recorded as ANSWERED, but there is no indication of if they give up on waiting. Does anyone have any idea if this information is recorded somewhere? (am not using 1.2 at mo, but could upgrade if this functionality is available...) Many thanks r
