[Asterisk-Users] Configuring utstarcom1000 on asterisk
Can anybody help me on configuring utstarcom F1000 on asterisk? Is there a way to do it or is it impossible? ___________________________________________________________________________ Este mensaje se dirige exclusivamente a su destinatario y puede contener información privilegiada o confidencial. [Asterisk-Users] Configuring utstarcom1000 on asterisk
Im using F1000's... they program up like any other SIP phone. Works great too! My sip.conf entry for F1000: [203] type=friend context=from-internal secret=xxxxx host=dynamic vmexten=voicemail callerid="Wireless" <203> disallow=all allow=ulaw qualify=yes Once you have the F1000 registered to an Access Point, and it has an IP address, it is easier to program the SIP settings via the web interface. The biggest problem I had was trying to decipher the poorly translated documentation. -Jason Josep Aguilar wrote:> Can anybody help me on configuring utstarcom F1000 on asterisk? > Is there a way to do it or is it impossible? > > > > ___________________________________________________________________________ > Este mensaje se dirige exclusivamente a su destinatario y puede contener > informaci?n privilegiada o confidencial. Tell it that your asterisk box is your SIP register server and outbound proxy, and give it a standard type=friend in Asterisk's sip.conf. The password must be numeric, that's the only trick. -A.
