This is possible with VICIDIAL. You can set a custom call recording
name scheme per campaign, and all recording names and IDs are stored
in a database. There isn't a utility included for automatically
transferring files by filename, but a script could easily be written
to take the filename from the database and batch FTP them to a remote
machine.

If that's not what you are looking for you can easily use a dialplan
variable in Asterisk to define the recording filename when you start a
recording. You can also do that if you start recording through the
manager API.
