I was wondering if it was possible to run a macro once the agent/member picks up, I know I can do this with dial in the extensions.conf but wasn't sure about the queue. Basically I have a macro that identifies the caller and need that run. -- ~Shaun
Cant you set the calleridname before putting the call into the queue?
