Ok, but is there a way to check if echo cancellation is active on a call in progress ? Use 'zap show channel ...' on the channel where the call is in progress, and it should show that EC is enabled. I assume that you stopped/started Asterisk since you enabled echo cancelling in zapata.conf. A reload is not sufficient. Hi, "zap show channel 5" To see channel 5 specs, and take a look at "Echo Cancellation: 128 taps unless TDM bridged, currently OFF" during calls, you must have "ON". If you have hardware echocan module, as for TDM2400E, you must also read "DSP: yes" if this module is active.
