No, it will not. The boards are already in prototype stage and the
drivers are being worked on as I write this.

The DS3000P announcement was definitely a mistake; while we could have
produced that board as shown, it did not work reliably with Zaptel and
Asterisk, and the demand shown for a DS3 card was very low, so the
project got shelved.
