Hi, I'm new in asterisk world. I have questions. For example I have my server with public IP address, but two customer with softphone in a private network. In their extension configuration make sure you have NAT=YES. there are several ways, the simplest i guess is to setup the SIP UA with a stun server, and register them with the asterisk server. The stun will take care (hopefully) of the public address detection. It may fail depending on the type of NAT the clients are behind of. in Sip.conf make sure to add NAT=yes. Also I reccomend reading the new book that came out. (Dont have the URL if some one else can please post it).
