asterisk users - Oct 2005 - Busy not jumping n + 101 anymore

I recently upgraded my Asterisk system to the latest CVS-HEAD
 
Asterisk CVS HEAD built by bill@localhost on a i686 running Linux on
2005-10-12 13:34:09 UTC
 
Ever since this upgrade, the system is jumping n+101 if it gets a busy
on a Dial command, it is now proceeding to the next priority (n+1)
 
Has something changed with this?  Is there a way to change it back?

Try scanning UPGRADE.txt

Actually I read through UPGRADE.txt and didn't find any reference to
this at all.

I made an ass of myself on the bugtracker with exactly this issue (+101 jumping
by System(), bug #5436) a couple of days ago... the internal command
documentation isn't pedantic about pointing out that
'priorityjumping' needs to be explicitly enabled in extensions.conf now.

Your configuration, much like mine, probably predates that configuration
directive entirely.
