asterisk users - Aug 2005 - Outgoing Context being mistake for dialplan?

Here is one that happens at random. Probably 1 out of 1000 calls will show
this:

    -- AGI Script Executing Application: (Dial) Options:
(SIP/19038727300@xocommunications|60)
    -- Called 19038727300@xocommunications
Aug 31 18:27:28 NOTICE[25965]: pbx.c:1681 pbx_extension_helper: Cannot find
extension context 'xocommunications'
    -- SIP/xocommunications-a5f5 is ringing

The notice is correct, I have no extension context called
"xocommunications". I do have a SIP Peer called that though.

Somehow it's getting confused.

Anyone else seen this before?

Like I said, I could have 1000 or more calls go out just like this one with
no problems. Just get this one random....
