asterisk users - Aug 2005 - Calling Extension directly

Hi all,
i'm using Asterisk with several extensions with 7 PSTN lines. Is possible,
for
a caller, to dial directly an extensions ? For example, dial something like 
[PSTN number]*[ext number] ?

Nope.

Unless * answers the call and you use a ivr menu with "if u know the exten
dial it now, othervice press...".

or you could have a tel (or DDI) number for each internal extension giving each
1 a real tel number.
