asterisk users - Aug 2005 - Voicemail advanced options, 5 to send a message not available

I never tried to use this feature until now, and noticed it isn't available
to me according to the voice prompts.  The documentation is a little vague on
what is meant by 'context'..in voicemail.conf:

sendvoicemail=yes       ; Context to Send voicemail from [option 5 from the
advanced menu]
                                        ; if not listed, sending messages from
inside voicemail will not be
                                        ; permitted

Why does this say "yes"?  Is this referring to a context in
extensions.conf, or is it a voicemail context (i.e. default)?
