asterisk users - Jul 2005 - Problem - jittery.

Hi all,

     I am fairly new to asterisk, i have been having this problem for  
the past few weeks. When i press *62 (wake up call), it was working  
fine last time, but now, it goes like, "Please enter the time for  
your wake up.........." and stops there.

How do i debug this problem?
