I had that with a TDM400P if I had it set for incoming caller id in
zapata.conf
It was allowing time to detect CID.
We weren't interested in CID, so I just turned it off. Now incoming
calls ring the phones in about 1 second rather than a few seconds.
Might be what you are getting?
