I'm interested for that problem also. But I think it's about firmware in
phone :-( and that non-US firmware do not exist.
Somebody have different information?

Does anybody know if it is possible to change the tones on a Cisco 7960
?
The default seems to be US standard in BUSY, REORDER, DIALTONE etc etc.
I guess there has to be a way to change them ?
