Anyone doing this? I'm looking for some example send/expect scripting that I can do on UDP/5060 to ensure that my sip service is running on my boxes. Thanks in advance. Paul

[Asterisk-Users] Monitoring SIP with Whats Up Gold
I'd suggest using something like http://sipsak.berlios.de/ do actually do a SIP registration to verify the service is up. You could use the whats up gold send/expect to connect to Linux box, run sipsak, and then check the results. Jim James H.
