[Asterisk-Users] Is app_icd ready to replace app_queue?
I have heard about the ICD project to make a better Call center solution for asterisk, and I just noticed it on cvs. Is it a viable alternative or does it need work? Either way I am definitely interested as we are not quite happy with the current setup. Thanks, Robert Jackson

It was made for developers who need a good design framework and who expect to build custom call routing stratagies in a load c module. There are a few custom installs, it mirrors most of the app_q chan_agent functionality & has a number of additional features but lacks reporting abilities.
