asterisk users - Aug 2004 - ericsson drg22 - will not connect to asterisk

My asterisk server has an external IP.
Also my Ericsson DRG22 has an external IP.

Tried setting up the Ericsson DRG22 device.
*SIP Server IP (primary):  MYIPNUMBER 
User name:  drg22-2
password: password
Caller ID name: drg22
Telephone number: 12345
*Telephone domain name:  ??   (I only have stighost.someotherdomain.com ) Do I
have to run my own dns on the Asterisk server?
Port: 5060 


/etc/asterisk/sip.conf
---------
[drg22-2]                  ;-2 because I want to use phone device #2
type=friend
context=from-sip
username=drg22-2
secret=password
nat=no  
disallow=all
allow=alaw 
---------

run "asterisk -gvvvvvc" , then "sip debug"
still, i don't get any output on asterisk console.

As I see - there must be something wrong with settings on the DRG22 box.
But I don't see whats missing.
