asterisk users - Aug 2004 - bri-stuff.0.1.0-RC2k + hfc card: dropouts on IAX2 & MP3Player quits on streams

Hi there,

I am using bri-stuff.0.1.0-RC2k and it seems that things didn't become 
better. I have got lots of dropouts on the IAX2 link (no matter if 
jitter buffers are enabled).
Further the MP3Player application does not playback streams like 
http://somestreamserver/somestream. It stops saying:

Playing back files from a directory works fine.

Does anyone have any clues?

My primary (and only) timing source is a pci-hfc card using the zaphfc 
driver and configured like:

zaptel.conf

span=1,1,3,ccs,ami
bchan=1-2
dchan=3

zapata.conf

echocancel=yes
immediate=no

signalling = bri_cpe_ptmp
group = 1
context=fromzap
channel => 1-2
