asterisk users - May 2004 - act via Network or web?

Hello to all.
I'm new to this list.

I have one problem:
I want test my extensions and configs (that is on
phones ) without phone card.I want to know that how
can i simulate Teh Call In
to Ethernet (maybe the Web) and test my configs?
