asterisk users - Apr 2004 - Complete CID with zaphfc

How i can obtain a complete ISDN cid in italy?
I ever obtain a number without the intial part
For example  real number is 0365451010 --------> 365451010
                    real mobile number +39348111111 --------------> 348111111

Caller ID actually passes through the network without initial 'zero'
digits
and national/international status is indicated by special flags.

You'll have to add on the extra digits yourself!
