[Asterisk-Users] Looking for a Polycom IP phone --> Asterisk expert
I would like some assistance getting a Polycom IP 500 working with Asterisk. I have dug through the mail-list archives and looked through wiki. I would like some more specific tips/tweaks to get the phone working with all possible features supported. Anyone willing to share their configuration files and advice? I will gladly add to the wiki pages what I have learned so that all can share in the future. Feel free to contact me directly via e-mail, I will post to list my outcome and any updates I have made to wiki. Thanks in advance, Mark Rizzo -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... [Asterisk-Users] Looking for a Polycom IP phone --> Asterisk expert
The wiki pages are fairly complete for getting Polycom phones working with Asterisk, what specific problems are you having? Feel free to send me your sip.conf asterisk file and your polycom XML config files, and I'll take a look at them. It's usually just leaving a few fields blank that should have your registration login ID in them.
