Dialer: I might be interested. I have written an application for dos based pc with dialogic several years ago. Modules included: vmail, paging (carrier connected), calling card, and outbound telemarketing. I'm moving to Asterisk because of great hardware prices and flat-file config. ---------- Original Message ---------------------------------- From: Steven Critchfield <critch@basesys.com> Reply-To: asterisk-users@lists.digium.com Date: 18 Jul 2003 17:11:16 -0500>On Fri, 2003-07-18 at 17:05, CTI wrote: >> Does anybody developed Predictive Dialer using Asterisk/Digium PBX? > >There has been talk about how to do this, but I don't remember anyone >announcing it as either done, or open sourced. > >> Another question: does anybody developed an Dialer using the X100P >> board? > >If it works on asterisk, it will work on any adapter that has dialout >support. Hi all, I've just started to put together a PBX system for my home office. I have 2 x X100P cards and am waiting to get a hold of a TDM400P card. What I am trying to setup is a solution as follows: Line 1 is the home line, I want to give my DECT cordless phone system it's own extension and this phone will ring when this line is called. I'd like outgoing calls made from the DECT system only to be made from that first line. Line 2 will be the business line which has a feature called Multiple Numbers, where the line is assigned two numbers, the second number rings through with distinctive ring. I want when this line rings to have an auto attendant and then forward the calls based on the choice dialled. When making outgoing calls on this line i'd like to be able to utilise the Line plus the second number on the same line (you dial a prefix). I'd also like to link up some of our clients/family overseas via SIP phones and be able to give them their own extension so we can talk at no cost. Is this something that is possible in Asterisk? Hi All; I am looking at building a new PBX, replacing a Sprint CTX-based system. I have a few new questions I have not had any answers to: 1: Will Asterisk work with Sprint Protege phones? Anybody have any experience with it? These are the 26 button phones with display.... 2: Any recommendations on phones? For what it is worth, this will likely be a PBX with 8 inbound lines and 25 individual telephone lines. I would rather save the money over the 25 phones....
