FYI: I see postings here from time to time about how to test a particular end to end path for VoIP quality. This tools looks like it might help its both server/client Also you can load test a couple of end pts generating a datagram stream of constant bandwidth then play with different parms to tune for UDP through put http://dast.nlanr.net/Projects/Iperf/
