Hi, What utilities do you guys use to record your IVR messages?? I know there is the record application in * but I was wondering if there were any freeware Windows or Gnome utilities that would make it a lot quicker to record a large number of files.. Also what parameters do the files need to be encoded with, what I mean by that is are they required to be 8000 hz, mono, or similar?? Thanks. -- ______________________________________________ http://www.linuxmail.org/ Now with e-mail forwarding for only US$5.95/yr Powered by Outblaze

Save it as pcm, or alaw/ulaw. When you get it to linux, use sox to convert to gsm and all will be fine. -- Steven Critchfield <critch@basesys.com>
