Hello, I have a time process that should follow the function y=1-exp(-t/N) where t is time and N is sample size. I have know done some stochastic simulations of a process that should follow the analytical function. What I would like to know is how many simulations (or chains) I would need run before getting an acceptable mean of the stochastic process. Any suggestions for statistical methods that can handle this in R?
