Re: [brandz-discuss] Re: BrandZ, Xen and Chime for Solaris 10 U3 ?
Xen will not be in update 4. We are pushing towards integrating into Nevada sometime this summer. We''re actively working on getting another release out to OpenSolaris. I have my latest attempt at building an ISO image spinning in another window right now. This new release will be based on Nevada build 66. It''s been a ridiculously long time since our last release, and I apologize for that. Due to the logistics involved and the upcoming US holiday, it''s unlikely that this will make it to the web site before the second week in July. As soon as it''s available, we''ll send an announcement to xen-disuss and osol-announce. Will there be continued seperate special releases? Or will we find Xen support in the project trunk from some point on in summer? Thanks! -mg This message posted from opensolaris.org
Hi Mario,>> Xen will not be in update 4. Does this make more sense now? -- Best regards -Michael Sun Microsystems, Inc.

"integrating into Nevada" means that Xen will be incorporated into the standard Solaris source tree. Nils

Hello Nils, Can you share a status update to the Nevada build 66 (with Xen support) discussed below? Thank you, Jerry K Nils Nieuwejaar wrote:> Xen will not be in update 4.
