[Xen-devel] [PATCH] [RESEND] [0/2] add HVM buffered IO writes framework to accelerate stdvga speed
add HVM buffered IO writes framework to accelerate stdvga speed. With this patch, win2k VMX guest boots fine on xen. This first part only includes the header file changes to add the buffered_iopage definition, which will be used in both qemu-dm and xen hypervisor.
