[Xen-users] XCP, Xen Cloud Control System ver 0.5.5 released!
Greetings all: I''ve just made version 0.5.5 of the Xen Cloud Control System available for users of the XCCS virtual appliance (0.5.5 will be available to all XCCS users by the end of day tomorrow). Major additions to 0.5.5 include lots of networking things (VIF remove, pool network info, PIF configure) and VM suspend and resume functions. Users with XCCS virtual appliance can upgrade by: 1. Log in to the virtual appliance with ssh as root. 2. Enter "wget http://www.xencloudcontrol.com/PACKAGES/upgrade-0.5.4.4-0.5.5.sh" 3. Enter "sh ./upgrade-0.5.4.4-0.5.5.sh" As always, Xen Cloud Control System is available from http://www.xencloudcontrol.com . Now I have a simple question - do I have to have a pool of servers to use XCCS or can it connect to one single XCP-server without a cloud or pool ? -- Morten Christensen _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@lists.xensource.com http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users

You can not install XCP without creating a pool. One XCP host is pool witch contain one single host (itself).
